Peach Cobbler Smoothie

IMG_7090-6.jpg

Do you remember the pure sadness you felt when you begged your parents/elders for a sweet concoction for breakfast and they denied you happiness? Ice cream. Cake. Pie. Donuts. The pastries that make this world go ‘round more than once.

This “Peach Cobbler” smoothie is an act of rebellion for those who are fed up with the NSN rule: “No Sweets before Noon”.

It’s essential that the freshest, juiciest, and most fragrant peaches you can find are used. I prefer using frozen peaches since they are usually picked at peak ripeness and will add a strong peach like flavor.

Now, it is the MOST important meal of the day afterall, and getting a healthy dose of all your nutrients and greens is important (even for dessert). Thanks to Garden of Life’s Raw Protein & Greens, Lightly Sweet protein powder, each scoop provides a serving of 6 organic greens and veggies, 1.5 billion CFU probiotics, and 3 grams of fiber. Not to mention, each scoop is stevia-free which can help mitigiate any uncomfy digestive issues for those with sensitive stomachs!

A scoop of Garden of Life’s protein paired with flax meal, and tahini ensures each serving is satisfying, filling, and DELICIOUS.

Garnish with an oat tahini crumble, some fresh peaches, a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!
